The Gathering was formed in June 2007 so like-minded photographers, dedicated to the use of large format cameras could met to share views information, and ideas while photographing the villages and districts of Trentham and Trentham East.

.Cameras used by the members range from 4x5, 5x7, 8x10 and 20 x 24 inches.

An expert panel with a mediator assists the discussion flow. To share a different way of seeing, photographers tend to "buddy" up those of a different level or type of experience.

A series of mini workshops will run throughout the weekend - these will be listed in the new year.
