In order to satisfy increasing interest in wet plate photography, Chamonix designed its own silver solution containers for different types of wet plate cameras.

Timber and Acrylic Dipper Box/tank and dipper for the silver nitrate bath, for plates up to 8 x 10 inch plates – this tank needs the support of the wooden dipper box holder to maintain a 15 degree angle for ease of sliding plate in the the silver tank.
