Spotted Jelly Fish
Spotted Jellyfish – Mastigias papua
Found throughout the world, the white spotted jellyfish is endemic to the Pacific Ocean between Australia and Japan.
The main structure is a gelatinous bell shape with trailing tentacles designed to capture food. Jellyfish are graceful and quite beautiful to observe moving in the water. Watching them is like an underwater ballet performance.
