 The cyanotype kit is two part solution relatively inexpensive and easy to use. After exposure to UV light (sun)the image is developed out in water  – no other chemicals are required. Colour may be easily modified by a variety of toning agents – it can be applied to fabrics and other surfaces.
The characteristic cyan blue colour is embedded in the fibres of the paper.

THE CYANOTYPE HISTORY

Working Solution:
100 ml of solution coats approx 30 sheets of 8 x 10 paper using a glass rod chemical pusher – 20 or less sheets when appyling with a brush
